You need to have a background in playing the sport and some coaching experience. Having a USSF coach license, or UEFA license equivalent, is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are necessary and essential to motivate our players and help them hone their skills to the highest level. We prefer candidates with some coaching background, but your experience on the soccer field and coach license level are the most essential qualifications for this coaching position.
